Terms of Service
Plain terms for a technical product. If something here is unclear, ask us before you rely on it.

Draft pending legal review. These terms describe how the service actually behaves, but they have not yet been reviewed by counsel and the operating entity details are not final. Do not treat this as the executed agreement.
1. What Vestro is
Vestro is a bridge. We run a MetaTrader 5 terminal on a server, connect it to the broker account you tell us to, and expose it over an API. We are not a broker, not a dealer, not an exchange, and not an investment adviser. Your money, your positions and your trading relationship stay with your broker.
2. Your account
You must be able to lawfully open and operate the broker account you connect. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and API keys secure, and for everything done with them. If you believe a key is compromised, revoke it in the dashboard — that takes effect immediately.
3. Trading risk
Trading leveraged instruments carries substantial risk of loss. Decisions made by your code are yours. We do not review, approve, or advise on strategies, and the limits we enforce are a safety rail you configure, not a judgement about whether a trade is sensible.
4. Execution and availability
We forward your instructions to your broker and report what comes back, including when what comes back is nothing. We do not guarantee that an order will be placed, filled, or filled at a particular price — those are your broker’s decisions and the market’s.
We aim for high availability but do not promise uninterrupted service. Brokers close at the weekend, servers restart, and networks fail. Where we can tell you the state honestly we will, including saying “we do not know” when that is the truth.
5. Fair use
Rate limits apply and are published in the API documentation. Requests that reduce exposure — closing positions, cancelling orders, engaging the kill switch — are never rate limited, by design.
Do not use the service to interfere with other users, to probe infrastructure you have not been authorised to test, or in breach of your broker’s terms.
6. Billing
Subscriptions bill monthly in advance through our payment processor. If a payment fails, your account moves to close-only: reads and exposure-reducing calls keep working, new positions do not. Cancel any time; cancellation runs to the end of the period you have paid for, and your positions stay open at your broker regardless.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend an account for non-payment, for abuse, or where we are required to. Except in an emergency we will tell you first. On termination we delete your stored credentials and your server; your broker account and any open positions are unaffected and remain yours to manage directly.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Changes
We will give notice of material changes by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that is acceptance.
